Google Cloud Integration Guide

1. In the Cloud Console, go to IAM and select your project.
2. Add a new user [e-mail] and give it  Basic > Viewer , Actions Viewer role.
3. To set up the billing information please enable those API's.
4. If you already have one integration with the same billing account associated with this project, just copy the dataset and fill the form otherwise continue with the next steps
5. Under Big Query create a dataset for the target project.
6. Then go to Billing and select the billing account associated with this project.
7. Click on  Billing export and edit the settings of Daily cost detail, choose the dataset previously created as well as the project.
8. Finally on Account Management option, add a member with Billing Account Viewer role to the previously service account given.
