Required Permissions to Run Obok on AWS

To ensure Obok runs properly on your AWS console, make sure your account has the following permissions enabled:

CloudFormation permissions:

• cloudformation:CreateStack
• cloudformation:UpdateStack
• cloudformation:DeleteStack
• cloudformation:DescribeStacks
• cloudformation:GetTemplate
• cloudformation:ValidateTemplate

IAM resource permissions included:

• iam:CreatePolicy
• iam:CreatePolicyVersion
• iam:AttachRolePolicy
• iam:DetachRolePolicy
• iam:GetPolicy
• iam:GetPolicyVersion

Getting Started with Obok on AWS

Follow these steps to set up Obok on your AWS console:

1. Sign in to the AWS Management Console at https://console.aws.amazon.com/.
2. Click the Launch Stack button or click here.
3. Check the box "I acknowledge that AWS CloudFormation might create IAM resources with custom names." and click Create.
